Gary Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from New York University. He has over 16 years of experience in international trade in the United States, where he developed strong business acumen and a global perspective. In 2009, he co-founded Bettermore China with Maggie Liu, guided by his enduring principle: “Faith is believing in what we have not yet seen; its reward is to see what we have believed.” Just as the Holy Bible says: Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Maggie Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Nanjing Medical University and a Master's degree in Psychology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). With decades of in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, she once served as Regional Manager and Area Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Galderma, and Bayer. She joined CareerInternational in 2004 and worked as a Management Consultant for the Pharmaceutical Team in North China for 5 years. In 2009, she co-founded Bettermore China with Gary Lee.

Kim Lee graduated from the Department of Mechanical Automation at Ningbo University and joined Bettermore China in 2013. Known as “the Hard Worker”—a nickname meaning “a man who works as hard as three people”—he brings boundless energy, extensive experience in client project execution, and outstanding team management skills. The consultants he has trained have repeatedly been recognized by clients with the “Best Consultant” award.
